在TSK齒科集團總顧問、原第四軍醫大學口腔醫學院院長、原中華口腔醫學會副會長呂春堂教授的指導下，2025年上半年，TSK齒科醫管部成功組織并圓滿完成了兩輪“病例研討日”活動。

 

TSK齒科各診所分片區進行病例匯報及討論，其他片區的醫生則通過線上的方式共同參與。

 

 

Under the guidance of Professor Lü Chuntang, the Chief Consultant of TSK Dental Group, former Dean of the School of Stomatology at the Fourth Military Medical University, and former Vice President of the Chinese Stomatological Association, TSK Dental’s Medical Management Department successfully organized and completed two rounds of “Case Discussion Days” in the first half of 2025.

TSK Dental clinics reported and discussed cases within their respective zones, while doctors from other zones participated online, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

第一輪： 設立4個研討片區，18位醫生精心準備并分享了具有代表性的病例，吸引了80位同仁線上參與學習。

 

第二輪： 擴展至5個片區，20位醫生帶來深度病例解析，線上參會人數顯著增長至101人，研討氛圍愈加濃厚。
 

 

First Round: Four discussion zones were established. Eighteen doctors prepared and shared representative cases, attracting 80 colleagues online for learning. 

 

Second Round: Expanded to five zones. Twenty doctors presented in-depth case analyses, with online participation jumping to 101, creating an even more engaging discussion atmosphere.

 

 

呂春堂院長在活動規劃之初即明確了核心要求：各診所提交的病例必須經過嚴格篩選，確保其具備普遍啟發價值；病例報告的文字與圖片資料必須真實、嚴謹，反映診所的實際臨床水準。

 

他特別強調：“研討的核心目標在于切實促進臨床診療能力與水平的提升，堅決摒棄為交流而交流的形式主義。一切從實際效果出發，杜絕‘湊數’現象。”

 

 

From the outset, Professor Lü emphasized strict requirements: cases submitted by clinics must undergo rigorous screening to ensure they offer widespread educational value. Case reports, including texts and images, must be authentic and meticulously prepared, reflecting the clinic’s actual clinical standards. 

 

He specifically stressed, “The core goal of these discussions is to genuinely improve clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities. We must resolutely eliminate formalism for the sake of communication. Everything should be driven by practical results, avoiding superficial ‘going through the motions’ phenomena.”

Throughout this series of discussions, the core aim has been “showcasing typical cases, exchanging experiences, promoting diagnosis and treatment, and achieving mutual improvement.” Focusing on high-quality real cases and conducting pragmatic, in-depth discussions, the activities effectively fostered the collaborative enhancement of clinical thinking and operational skills among clinic doctors. This has laid a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of TSK Dental’s overall healthcare service level.
