TSK齒科舉辦全公司臨床醫療品質管理培訓

2025年5月29日,TSK齒科在投資管理總部舉辦面向全體醫生和管理干部的醫療品質管理培訓,由呂院長主講,各診所醫生和集團中高層干部參加。
On May 29, 2025, TSK Dental held a medical quality management training session at its investment management headquarters, aimed at all dentists and management staff. The training was led by Professor Lü, with dentists from various clinics and mid-to-senior level executives from the group in attendance.

這次培訓的主要目的是進一步提升TSK齒科醫療服務品質,確保每一位患者得到安心、安全的口腔診療體驗。
The main purpose of this training was to further enhance the quality of medical services at TSK Dental, ensuring that every patient receives a reassuring and safe oral treatment experience.

呂院長首先和大家一起重溫了TSK齒科的經營理念、宗旨和臨床準則;
隨后,呂院長重點講述了臨床上常見的誤區,結合臨床實際案例對診療規范、病史書寫和醫患溝通等方面的要求進行了深入淺出的講解。
Professor Lü began by revisiting TSK Dental's business philosophy, mission, and clinical guidelines.
He then focused on common misconceptions in clinical practice, providing in-depth explanations regarding treatment standards, medical history documentation, and dentist-patient communication, using actual clinical cases as examples.

培訓會上,各診所主任和主要醫生針對臨床實際病例進行了討論,并發表培訓感言。
During the training session, the directors and leading dentists of each clinic discussed real clinical cases and shared their reflections on the training.
